We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Is this suitable for a new piercing?

This stud is designed for fully healed piercings. If your tragus or cartilage piercing is still healing, we recommend waiting until it has fully settled before changing your jewellery. If you're unsure, your piercer will be able to advise.

Which piercings is this suitable for?

This flat back labret stud works well in a range of cartilage placements, including tragus, helix, flat helix, conch, forward helix, and high lobe piercings. Ear anatomy varies, so if you're unsure whether it will fit your piercing, we'd recommend checking with your piercer before purchasing.

What does "internally threaded" mean?

With internally threaded jewellery, the screw thread is inside the post rather than on the outside. This means the surface that passes through your piercing is completely smooth, reducing the risk of irritation. It's the same fitting method used by professional piercers for new and sensitive piercings.

Is this suitable for sensitive or nickel-allergic skin?

Can I wear this in the shower or while swimming?
