All orders over £10 are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

• Piercings (In Stock): Dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Piercings (From Warehouse): Dispatched within 3–5 working days.
• Handmade Jewellery: Dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Delivery times may be extended during Bank Holidays, the Christmas period, or due to strikes.

All orders are packaged hygienically with a cleaning cloth inside a bubble wrap envelope.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@carloliver.co.uk –. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment.
