SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
To ensure the secure delivery of your order, all products are shipped via a tracked and signed service.
For shipping within the United Kingdom, the following charges apply:
- Standard Delivery (2-4 working days)* £3.50. Free of charge on orders over £50.
- UK Express Delivery (1 working day)* £6.50.
UK Express Delivery
Order by 12pm Monday to Thursday for UK Express Delivery. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be delivered the next day using this service. For orders placed before 12pm on a Friday with UK Express Delivery selected, delivery will we made the following Monday. For orders placed after 12pm on a Friday and anytime on a Saturday or Sunday with UK Express delivery selected, delivery will be made the following Tuesday. Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays. UK Express delivery is not available on personalised or bespoke product orders. Please allow up to 5 working days in addition to your chosen delivery service for your watch to be personalised or for jewellery to be engraved.
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to admin@carloliver.co.uk –. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment.
