  • Manage website relaunch project, using expert UX and merchandising skills, whilst maintaining day to day website operations
  • Using expert Shopify Plus skills, manage all website merchandising
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining PDPs, pricing and SKU list management
  • Lead on new territory store launches, on a global scale
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, including conversion rate, AOV and LTV, with overarching responsibility for maintaining and improving these metrics
  • Manage and optimise the website to deliver acquisition and retention, by internal requirement gathering and agency management
  • Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store
  • Execute AB/multivariate testing to maximise conversion and engagement on the website
  • Optimise relevant data capture/management with the view of building segmentation and gaining customer insights
  • Create detailed customer journey flows with actionable trigger points to drive conversion and engagement, upsell and improve LTV
  • Analyse campaign results, develop benchmarks, and create and share regular performance reports
  • Manage the website projects queue, collaborating with the wider team capturing feedback from multiple stakeholders
  • Analyse data to identify and measure growth opportunities to improve LTV and decrease churn
  • Drive qualitative insights, talking to users on a regular basis to understand what’s working and help shape ideation
  • Communicate your progress and share insights across the business
  • Work closely with a wider team to ensure creative excellence and consistency
  • Manage and assess external SEO agencies

What are we looking for?

  • An experienced ecommerce or CRO manager with 3+ years of experience, ideally within a subscription-based organisation
  • An expert in Shopify Plus, with extensive past experience
  • A skilled SEO practitioner
  • Proficiency, knowledge and experience with ESP platforms and Automation Platforms
  • Strong knowledge of best practices for segmentation and dynamic content
  • Passion for data and accustomed to working with large data sets
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with previous experience managing agencies
  • Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies
  • Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in ecommerce
  • Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities
  • Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease
